Due to increased fuel and travel times, a travel fee for consults outside of Parker County will be applied for home consults.

If you're insurance is not approved through TLN, I will give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Please follow all prompts in emails. It is important to have the forms and consents filled out prior to our visit, so that doesn't take time away from our consultation. These forms help me prepare for our visit and ensure I have everything I need with me!

Cancellations
Please give 24hrs notice for cancellation. Cancellations made less than 24hrs prior to appointments are subject to a $75 fee.
