INSURANCE-COVERED CARE
Insurance-covered lactation visits may be available depending on your plan. Complete the insurance form first, and I’ll help determine your available coverage options.
Eligibility must be verified before your consultation is scheduled.
In-Home & Virtual Options Available
In-Home Travel Fee: $75
A $75 travel fee is collected for all insurance-covered in-home visits and is separate from insurance coverage.

Payment for self-pay appointments is due once your appointment is confirmed.
📅 CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $75 fee.
🚗 TRAVEL
Travel Fees
Self-pay in-home visits outside Parker County have a $25 travel fee. Insurance-covered in-home visits have a $75 travel fee.
